We currently only ship in United Stated, Our Domestic shipping flat rate (Standard) (4-7 business days after fulfillment) is provided to you below. We ship our items using the united states postal services.

Our fulfillment time average is 1–3 business days. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (supprt@niaem.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.


    Tracking Number/ tracking your order

    Your order tracking numbers will be emailed to you when we ship your items. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. 

    If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at Support@niaem.com

    How do you check the status of your order

    You can check the status of your order by looking up your tracking number at ups or clicking your order tracking number within your email we sent to you.

     

    What if you never receive your order

    If you haven't recieve your order or even your tracking number with 3 days, contact us here. And we'll find out the casue as soon as possible. We'll email you as soon as possible.
