Faulty/items That break
- We have 90 days refund and return policies. This means that after the delivery of your items, you have a 90 days warranty, if it breaks or is damaged within this time period, we will give you a full refund or send you another one (Whatever you prefer).
Damaged on arrival
- If your item is damaged upon delivery, send us an email and images of the damaged product. We will respond to you in 24 hours. We offer 2 solutions to this problem. You have the option to get a full refund or we can send you another one free of charge. Be specific and clear in your email.
Wrong product
- If we send you the wrong product, send us an email. Provide your order number and name and image of the product. We will double-check your order and if it’s the wrong item, we will ship you another one, free of charge.
Return Process:
- If your product is faulty(items that break), damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong product, here is our return process. After we confirm that the product is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product. We will send you an email to return your items. shipped your order back to us using the "return shipping" label provided to you within the packet of your order. If you lost the "return shipping," label provided to you, send us an email and we'll provide you another one.

Order cancellation
- If you want to cancel your order, send us an email as soon as possible.
- Our payment review takes 1-3 Days to process. If you want to quickly cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. If your order is already shipped by the time you email us. We can’t offer you a complete refund. However, we will give you a coupon of 25% off that you can use within our shop.
- We do send a confirmation email of your order/ be sure to check your email and confirm your order.

- After we validate your defective product, we will send you a refund that will take 48 hours to be processed into your account.

What is the method of return? How do they get their refund?
- Our method of return is simple, within your order packet, we also provided the “return shipping,” address. Mailing it like a normal mail using the label provided to you within your packet.
- If you lost the label, send us an email and we provide you with a new one.
- You will be refunded by the payment method you used.
- For example, If you used PayPal to make your purchases, you will be refunded through PayPal. If you use a debit card, we will refund your debit cards, etc.
